AbOUT Therapist:
For as long as I can remember, I have had a deep interest in how we interact with others and the impact relationships can have on our lives, as well as those around us. I truly feel that it is my calling to help couples thrive in their relationships through the process of marriage counseling.
My advanced training in Gottman Couples Therapy is grounded in therapeutic strategies specific to the betterment of relationships and therefore strengthening the family unit as a whole. I have spent a great deal of focused time and energy on perfecting my craft, in order to be the best help I can be for each couple that seeks my premarital counseling and marriage therapy services.
Outside of work you’re likely to find me jamming to 80’s music (music is my medicine), hauling my kids to practices/games and spending lots of quality time with my family and friends - especially my two spirited teenagers, my sports-loving husband and our beloved fur babies, Boomer and Nala.
